Ok were do I begin , from the first phone call that I made and spoke to the lovely Evelyn , every wish was answered that I asked . I had seen this exact bedside on another website quite a bit more expensive so as soon as I found it here I called asap and was answered within the first phone call. Had a few questions and Evelyn was more than happy to help me with everything to even personally checking on the colour of the bedside for me .
I was travelling in a week and was worried I was not going to receive item before I left , but Evelyn assured me she would try her best to get it to me asap but couldn’t guarantee ( which is absolutely understandable because of covid ). She Emailed me every step of the way to let me know how things were going and the shipment company used are one of the best from my experience.
I received my item THE VERY NEXT DAY and was so happy and the packaging was absolute to perfection.
