Why delivery is unavailable for my area?

We deliver to all major cities in Australia. However, some areas may not be covered by the delivery company. Please contact us with the item SKUs, quantity needed, and your postcode. We will try to add your area.

How is the shipping fee calculated?

To see the shipping costs, simply add products to your shopping cart, enter your postcode and a shipping cost estimate will be displayed. It will refresh to update if you change the items and quantities.

The shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and number of items in your order, where your items are shipping from (we ship from a few warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne), and where your order is shipping to.

To save you time and money, we select the most suitable carrier available at the time you place your order. We work with established carriers to ensure the best price, reliability, and efficiency.

When can I receive my order?

We dispatch within 48 business hours. Average metro delivery takes 1 week.

Do you provide assembly service ?
